At SAWTELL APARTMENTS each apartment is furnished in a modern, chic style with granite countertops throughout kitchen and bathroom.

The living space is furnished with a a couch, a 40" TV and a TV table.

The bedroom includes a stationary queen bed frame made out of dark wood, complete with hidden drawers.

Mattress not included. The bedroom has a full-closet that runs the length of the wall.

-WASHER & DRYER-

Separate washer and dryer units included in each apartment.

-STORAGE-

Separate storage unit included in the rental contract for each apartment. The storage unit is 4x6x10, located directly behind the complex.

-UTILITIES-

Water, sewer, garbage, gas and internet paid by the property owner. The monthly power bill is the responsibility of the tenant.

-PARKING-

Complimentary assigned parking spaces for each tenant. Plenty of extra parking along the road out front of the complex.

-RECREATIONAL AREA-

Located directly behind the complex is a grass and picnic area. Basketball hoop and picnic tables are provided for tenants use.

-LOCATION-

Located in the heart of Rexburg Idaho, great restaurants, shopping and entertainment within minutes of the complex.

Close to local attractions, such as, Rexburg Rapids, a local water park and Brigham Young University-Idaho. Great location for students.
